My room was quite small and cramped, not what I expected for the price. The absence of a kettle was quite disappointing and unusual for a four-star hotel. Additionally, the overall condition of the room felt outdated, which left me feeling that the hotel did not live up to its promised standards.

For a comfortable stay, consider requesting a room on higher floors to minimize street noise.

The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk from Bellecour Metro! The room was clean and cozy. However, the WiFi was practically unusable, making it hard to stay connected. 😕

It was just a commendable fit for a fleeting trip in Lyon with extraordinarily good value for money. The staff were welcoming and very quick to assist me with an additional blanket during a chilly night. If you need hot water, check it before settling in.
